How do you charge?
We typically review the project with our customer and then provide a quote prior to commencing any work. Projects with varying parameters will be charged on an hourly basis.
What is the preferred method of contacting you?
As details and clarity are important in project collaboration, we prefer using email as the primary method of communicating. This ensures excellent reference documentation when detailed parameters need to be followed on a project.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Yes. We keep all customer's project information confidential and are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to engaging in a project.
I lost all the files for my project, do you still have them on file?
Yes. We keep all projects on file and back up our data regularly. Should you need your files sent again, we will resend them to you at no charge.
I want to make changes after my project has been started, will there be extra costs?
Yes. If a quoted project has been started and there are revisions requested mid-project, there will be hourly costs added to the quoted price. If the job is being charged hourly, the additional time will be added accordingly.
Do I need an appointment to review my project in person?
Yes. As we have many projects and deadlines to maintain, we kindly request our customers to schedule an appointment for meetings.
